This page covers the public marketing site at edunifi.com and a plain-language note on what the product stores for device assignment. EDUnifi is not a student information system.
What we collect on this site
If you book a demo, you submit the fields on the contact form (for example district name, contact details, enrollment range, and notes about your current tools). That request is sent to the EDUnifi team so we can schedule a walkthrough and follow up.
How we use it
We use demo-request information to respond to you, prepare a product demonstration, and discuss onboarding and pricing. We do not sell that information.
The product workspace
The application (app.edunifi.com) is invite-only and is separate from this marketing site. EDUnifi is not a student information system. It does not manage grades, attendance, or academic records.
For asset management, the product uses student names and email addresses so devices can be assigned to people, and so staff can see history by device or by user (assignments, tickets, repairs).
